Bevan Williams is the joint owner of Salamanca Realty Hobart. Bevan founded and owned a Real Estate Agency for 14 years in Western Australia. He moved to Hobart in 1990, specialised in prestige property sales and has become highly regarded for his expertise by developers for selling properties of the plans during construction phase.

The Hobart Docks Complex developments have all been sold off the plan by Bevan Williams quiet outstanding results by one person.

Mark Lawler

Mark Lawler is a joint owner and is the licensee of Salamanca Realty. He is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and a registered valuer. Prior to the establishment of Salamanca Realty, Mark developed a successful independent commercial consultancy and asset management business in Hobart, after returning from a three year appointment in Darwin as General Manager of LJ Hooker.

For the preceding 20 years, Mark was extensively involved with the non residential real estate sector in Tasmania as both the state manager and owner of LJ Hooker.

Mark's expertise is clearly in project management, commercial sales and asset management. Mark used his expertise to complete the redevelopment of a CBD office building for the owners and as a result raised occupancy from 10% to 100%.

Mark is extremely active in the asset management area and oversees a growing top of the market residential property portfolio and a select commercial portfolio.

Warren Stephenson

Warren began his real estate career in 1992 with LJ Hooker and gained entry into their 'Captains Club' which recognised the top 5% achievers in Australia. In 1997 he jointly opened his own agency with Raine & Horne and in 2003 opened his second office on the Eastern Shore. In April 2007 Warren sold his share of his companies and took a long earned break and is now excited about joining the successful team at Salamanca Realty. During his time with Raine & Horne Warren achieved significant sales success which resulted in being placed 3rd in Australia for the most number of sales achieved. Peter Bignold

Peter Bignold moved to Tasmania with his family in 2000 after a successful career in the fast paced Sydney IT industry. His passion is Sales and Marketing and these skills have served him well, having achieved excellent results during his time in Sydney. Looking for a "seachange" in Tasmania, Peter has fostered a real love for Tasmania and is very passionate about this state. Since moving here Peter has owned and operated several successfull businesses in Tourism, Marketing and Advertising. Karen Roberts

Karen Roberts joined the team at Salamanca Realty, after a highly successful career in the travel industry. Karen joined Salamanca Realty in the sales department after a successfull time in sales, has now moved on to the rental department assisting Mark Lawler as our Rental Manager in the day to day running of Property Management which is a very important part of Salamanca Realty.
